To ask the Minister for Finance if he has considered the claim for re-instatement of Edward Leo McCormick, Land Registry of Ireland, forwarded by the Victimised Civil Servants' Association, in February, 1922, and what action he has taken, or intends to take, on the claim.

The case of Mr. McCormick is one of the cases reserved for the consideration of the Committee which the Government promised to set up.
