There is a motion on the Paper in my name for to-day, but for reasons that I do not want to state now I consider the present moment inopportune to discuss that motion, and, with the leave of the Dáil, I would like to postpone it until Friday next.

The motion of Dr. McCartan is postponed until Friday. There is another private Member's motion down for Friday, but that will be a matter of arrangement, I take it.
