Richard James Mulcahy MINISTER for DEFENCE (General Mulcahy) Sinn Féin

Applications have been received from time to time from soldiers and have in each case been referred to the Civic Guard Commissioner. In all cases of acceptance the discharges of the soldiers are arranged for with the least possible delay.
