Daniel Vaughan Mr. VAUGHAN (for Mr. Connor Hogan) Farmers Party

asked the Minister for Defence if he will state the reason of the abnormal delay in paying the accounts of Messrs. Wm. Meehan and Joseph Kerin, Ennis; whether he is aware that the account of the first-named person has accrued since August, 1921, and that of the latter individual since December, 1922, and if he can state when Payments will be made.

Comment on this

The delay in settling the accounts of Messrs. Meehan and Kerin is regretted. Difficulties due to the conditions which have Prevailed have hindered necessary investigation, which is being pursued.
