asked the Minister for Agriculture what steps, if any, have been taken by the Estates Commissioners in connection with the petition already lodged regarding the property of the late Mark Brown, Ballyboughlin, Clara, containing about forty-nine acres, at Bolart.

The Land Commission are making inquiries into this matter.
