asked the Minister for Defence if he has received a claim for compensation from P. Sinnott, 50 High Street, Waterford, for damage to a Ford motor, caused by collision with a Military tender, and, further, if he will have a settlement in this case expedited.

A claim has been received from Mr. Sinnott and is under consideration. Every effort is being made to expedite the matter.
