asked the Minister for Defence if he has received a claim from Mr. James McCabe, Eyrecourt, Co. Galway, for his motor car, which was wrecked while being used by the military, and has not been returned to him; and if he can state when the claim will be dealt with.

A payable order for £45 was issued to Mr. McCabe on the 28th February last in full settlement of his claim.
