asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if he is aware that considerable trouble and loss has been sustained owing to the delay in introducing an Act of Indemnity to legalise the judgements of the Land Settlement Courts; whether there are not a great many cases affected, and whether receivers appointed by the Land Settlement Courts are still in occupation of land, and if he will state what action he intends to take in the matter.
