asked the Minister for Finance if he can state when awards will be made by the Compensation (Ireland) Commission in the cases of Mrs. Ellen Barry, Main Street, Dungarvan, and Martin Kennedy, Burgery, Dungarvan, and, further, whether he will have consideration of these cases expedited.

Enquiry has been made at the offices of the Compensation (Ireland) Commission, and it has been ascertained that neither of the claims referred to by the Deputy comes within the scope of the terms of reference of the Commission.
