If the men arrested and still interned are willing to enter into recognizances, themselves in the sum of £100 and two solvent sureties of £50 each, conditioned to keep the peace towards all citizens and to refrain from any unlawful interference with the use and occupation of the lands of Mountcoal, County Kerry, the property of Messrs.
