asked the Minister for Defence whether a claim for £23 1s. 0d. has been received from Mr. John O'Shea, The Bridge, Millstreet, Co. Cork, for damages to a trap and harness, his property, damaged in a collision with a military tender on the road between Millstreet and Macroom on September 15th, 1923, and, if so, whether he will arrange for the investigation and settlement of the claim.

The circumstances of the occurrence are presently under investigation. I will communicate the decision in the case to the Deputy as soon as possible.
