asked the Minister for Justice if he is aware of the delay in furnishing copies of shorthand writers' notes of Circuit Court proceedings in County Galway to solicitors; if, to enable appeals to be proceeded with, he will issue instructions to the Circuit Court Clerk to furnish copies of the notes required to solicitors and counsel engaged in law cases in the Galway Courts.

I am not aware that any such delay has taken place. No complaint has been made to me on the subject. All necessary instructions have been issued.
