asked the Minister for Defence whether he has received a claim for arrears of pay from Mr. T. Healy, junior (late No. 20355), of Ballymote, Co. Sligo; whether he stated on the 24th April, 1925, that the claim would be settled without delay, and whether he can now state when it will be settled.

A cheque has now been sent to Mr. Healy in settlement of his claim.
