asked the Minister for Defence if an account for £5 has been received in his Department from Mr. K. Roycroft, draper, Droichead Nua, being the price of a suit of clothes supplied to Lieutenant John Horan, of the National Army, on an order from the Quartermaster's Office, Curragh Command; if Mr. Roycroft has been refused payment of the sum named, although it is stated that his accounts for suits supplied on exactly similar orders have been settled, and if he will state the reason for the refusal to pay in this particular instance.
