asked the Minister for Finance if he has received a claim from Jeremiah Kelleher, Mullinroe, Macroom, for £38 compensation in respect of the taking of larch trees by Volunteers in 1920 and 1921, and, if so, if a decision has been made in the case.

There is no trace in my Department of the receipt of any such claim as that mentioned by the Deputy.
