asked the Minister for Finance if he will state what is the cause of delay in paying the award of £40 granted by the County Court Judge on the 16th May, 1924, to Michael Ryan, Brittas, Pallasgreen, for a wireless set seized by Irregular forces on 15th July, 1922, and whether he will have payment of same expedited.

Payment of £25 has been authorised in discharge of this report, and will shortly be made.
