asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if it is the intention of the Land Commission to acquire the land at Courtnabooley, Callan, Co. Kilkenny, on the Poë Estate, for division amongst uneconomic holders and landless men.

The Land Commission do not propose to acquire the lands referred to, which were purchased under the Land Purchase Acts.
