Séamus Aloysius Bourke Mr. BURKE (for Minister for Lands and Agriculture) Cumann na nGaedheal

The lands referred to appear to be the holding in the townlands of Cloghna and Ballybannon held by Mrs. Julia Nolan as judicial tenant on the estate of Henry Bruen, Co. Carlow. This holding will be retained under the Land Act, 1923, and will be dealt with as such by the Land Commission when the estate is being dealt with by them.
