asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if he will state how many civil bill processes at the suit of the Land Commission, as plaintiffs, were issued against tenants on the Earl of Leitrim's estate, rural district of Milford, Co. Donegal, for Letterkenny District Court on Sunday, 28th February, 1926.

The notice given of this question was not sufficient to permit of the required information being obtained. I would therefore ask the Deputy to repeat the question in about a week's time.
