asked the Minister for Defence whether he has received any reply from the British War Department to his inquiries respecting the agreement to maintain the Lurring Lane and Curragh Boundary roads, and, if so, whether he can state the terms of the agreement.

The documents embodying the agreement between the British War Department and the Kildare County Council in respect of the maintenance of the roads on the eastern boundary of the Curragh have not yet been obtained from the War Office, to which a special representation will be made for the papers in this matter.
