asked the Minister for Defence whether he has received from Messrs. Wm. Neely and Son, Erne Mills, Ballyshannon, a claim for damage to a Seldon lorry commandeered by National Army Forces on 11th April, 1922, and which was returned on the 20th May following, in a damaged condition, and, if so, if he will state when this claim will be settled.

I regret I am unable to trace the receipt of the claim in question. If a copy is now furnished, the matter will have consideration.
