asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he is now in a position to extend telephone facilities to Kealkill, Bantry, County Cork.

An application for telephone facilities at Kealkill, was received within the past few days. The necessary inquiries in the matter are being pursued and when these are completed I will communicate the result to the Deputy.
