Proceedings have been instituted by the Land Commission for the purchase of the estate of R.H. White, Aghaboe, Leix, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1923. The matter is being dealt with as expeditiously as possible, and it is anticipated that the lands will be divided at an early date.

Could the Minister say how many visits have to be made to an estate before it can be divided?

Comment on this

I think the Deputy will have to wait until the Minister for Lands and Agriculture is present to answer that question.
