James Joseph Walsh MINISTER for POSTS and TELEGRAPHS (Mr. Walsh) Cumann na nGaedheal

A separate licence for portable wireless receiving apparatus is issued only to a person who already holds an ordinary licence for the possession of apparatus at his permanent address. The owner's normal address is shown on a portable licence, but it can be used in any part of An Saorstát.
