asked the Minister for Fisheries if it is proposed to acquire the lands known as the Demesne Lands, Mitchelstown, and if he is aware that there are many landless men in the locality anxious to acquire parcels of land.

The question of the acquisition of the lands of Mitchelstown demesne is being considered by the Land Commission. In the event of the lands being acquired the claims of all applicants will be considered when the lands are about to be distributed.
