asked the Minister for Fisheries if he will state whether it is the intention of the Land Commission to give an economic holding on the General A. C. Lewin Estate, Cloghan's Hill, Tuam, to Nicholas Canny, a tenant on the property for several years (Receivable Order No. —L 580/35); and if not if he will state the reasons.

The scheme for the division of the Lewin Estate has not yet been settled.
