asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether the county council election areas and number of members for each will be revised on the basis of the 1926 population figures before the elections in June, 1928.

The population figures for each county electoral area will be examined when the details of the recent Census are available. If any serious discrepancies are noted as between the electoral areas in the same county the representation of the area can be adjusted.
