I move:—

In sub-section (2), page 3, line 2, to insert before the word "Schedule" the words "Part of the".

This is a drafting amendment. The sub-section refers to the First Schedule. As a matter of fact, there is only one Schedule, and the effect of the amendment is that the sub-section will apply to the first part of the Schedule.
