Richard James Mulcahy MINISTER for LOCAL GOVERNMENT and PUBLIC HEALTH (General Mulcahy) Cumann na nGaedheal

The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. Works are in progress. As regards the latter parts of the question the matter is one for the Board of Health, in the first place, acting on the advice of their Consulting Engineer. No representations have so far been received by me from the Board.
