asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether any proposals are being considered by his Department with a view to the utilisation of Waterford Port and surrounding area as a seaplane or aeroplane base, and whether he has received any reports as to the suitability of the harbour and district for such a purpose.

No representations have been made to me on this matter, which there has so far been no occasion to consider.
