I beg to move the motion standing in my name, namely:

That the Workmen's Compensation (Increase of Compensation) Bill, 1929, be referred to a Special Committee consisting of seven Deputies, to be nominated by the Committee of Selection; that the first meeting of the Special Committee be held on Thursday, 14th March, and that the quorum of the Committee be four.
