Bill Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection)(Amendment) Bill, 1929
Enacted

No. 2 of 1929 ›

James Nicholas Dolan Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry and Commerce (Mr. Dolan) Cumann na nGaedheal

I move that the Dáil agree with the Seanad in the following amendment.: Section 7 (2). Before the word "Section," line 12, the following words inserted: "On and after the expiration of three months from the passing of this Act." The effect of the amendment will be to postpone for a period of three months the provision inserted in Section 7 of the Bill, that is the qualification as to residence for three months after the coming in force of this Act. I think there is general agreement about it.
