asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether it is the intention of the Land Commission to acquire for subdivision amongst adjoining small holders the lands of Ardmore, Boyle, formerly in the possession of the late Richard T. Madden, Knockadoo; if a Land Commission inspector has inspected the lands and made any report thereon, and whether any assurance has been given by the Land Commission to the local tenants that these lands would be acquired and subdivided.

The Land Commission are making inquiries as to the suitability of the lands referred to for acquisition.
