asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs whether he will state if Kilmallock Post Office is held under lease or tenancy from year to year, the term in the lease, if any, and the rent of the premises.

The Kilmallock Post Office premises, which were reconstructed and enlarged by the lessor in 1922 to meet Post Office requirements, are held by the Department on a lease for 30 years from the 1st August, 1923. It is not the practice to make public the terms of contracts, leases, etc., entered into by this Department.
