asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether he will state if he will put the pier at Ballinskelligs into a state of repair now that the road leading to it is being kept in a proper state of repair by the Kerry County Council.

The ownership of the pier at Ballinskelligs is vested in the Kerry County Council, which is responsible for its maintenance, and the pier is, therefore, outside my jurisdiction.
