asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether he will instruct the Land Commission to acquire for the relief of congestion the following grazing lands:—121 acres, 1 rood, 35 perches, valuation £142 5s., held by Mr. Patrick Berney, and 121 acres. 3 roods, 34 perches, valuation £103 7s., held by Mr. Thomas Berney, both in the townland of Barrattstown, electoral division of Old Connell, Co. It is not proposed at present to take any steps to acquire the lands of Barrettstown referred to, but the matter has been noted for reconsideration at a later date.
