Michael Richard Heffernan Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs (Mr. Heffernan) Farmers Party

The existing accommodation at Pearse Street is adequate for the work now performed there, but it is the intention to erect new buildings on this site capable of providing for all the mail work—letter, parcel, and delivery—in the Dublin Central area.

The preparation of the plans of the new buildings is under consideration.
