asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether he will instruct the Land Commission to inspect and report on the suitability for the relief of local congestion the lands, containing 170 acres 2 roods 37 perches, valuation £90 5s. 0d., held by Mr. Frederick Hendy, in the townland of Kileen, electoral division of Narraghmore, Co. Kildare; and if steps will be taken to acquire these lands.

The Land Commission do not propose to acquire the lands of Killeen referred to by the Deputy, which were purchased under the Land Purchase Acts and are subject to a Land Purchase Annuity.
