Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Murray (Tipperary) Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if the Irish Land Commission have acquired the Murray Estate, St. Johnstown, Co. Tipperary, Record No. S. 2458, and, if not, what is the present position with regard to this estate; whether the claims of Messrs. Matthew and Paul Millett, representatives of evicted tenants for reinstatement will be conceded when the estate is purchased.

The estate referred to by the Deputy is at present being dealt with by the Land Commission but the appointed day has not yet been fixed. The applications of Messrs. Matthew and Paul Millett have been noted for consideration.
