asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether any returns have yet been made by the agent for the Captain Stewart Estate, regarding the lands known as the Ballyconnelly Deed, Raye, County Donegal, which up to the present have not come under the provisions of the Land Act, 1923.

The Land Commission are in communication with the agent of the estate on the subject.
