asked the Minister for Finance if it is proposed to pay to Mrs. Mary Keeney, Meenabrock, Dunkineely, Co. Donegal, the sum subscribed to the Dáil Loan by her son Charles, in view of the fact that all regulations required for the transfer have been complied with.

There is no trace of the receipt in my Department of any communication from Mr. Charles Keeney authorising the transfer of his subscription to Mrs. Mary Keeney, Meenabrock, Dunkineely, Co. Donegal. Mrs. Keeney was informed recently that, in the absence of any such authorisation, payment could only be made to the original subscriber.
