asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state the grounds on which the old age pension claim of Patrick McFadden, Knockastolar, Bunbeg, County Donegal, was disallowed.

This claim was disallowed on appeal as I was not satisfied on the evidence that the claimant fulfilled the statutory qualification as to age.
