asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will now sanction the construction of the Waterworks Scheme prepared and passed by the recent Kerry Board of Health for the town of Kilgarvan, Co. Kerry.

I have no proposals before me in this matter.

I would like to point out to the Parliamentary Secretary that the Kerry County Board of Health sent forward a resolution asking that this scheme of water works should be carried out and that it is now eighteen months since sanction was asked for it.
