asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will take immediate steps to have the fishing boats lying in Fanny's Bay, Downings, Co. Donegal, equipped and made available for the fishermen in Donegal to take part in the May herring fishing.

In accordance with the provisions of the Sea Fisheries Act, 1930, the boats in question are being offered with others to the Sea Fisheries Association of Saorstát Eireann, Limited, which will, no doubt, consider their serviceability for the fishing mentioned.
