Patrick Joseph Ruttledge Minister for Lands and Fisheries (Mr. Ruttledge) Fianna Fáil

The Land Commission are in negotiation with the owner for the purchase of the lands of Ballymackeogh on the Ryan estate. The lands, if acquired, will be divided in accordance with the provisions of Section 31, Land Act, 1923, and the question of the provision of a playing pitch will be considered in connection with such division.
