asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state whether any consideration has been given to the question of establishing or starting a kelp factory in the Fanad or Rossgill Peninsula, Co. Donegal, and, if so, what decision has been come to in the matter.

The question of setting up an iodine factory in this district has not been considered.
