asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he is aware that the pier at Brandon Creek, Dingle, County Kerry, is in need of repair and extension, and if steps will be taken to have this pier repaired and extended as soon as possible.

I am not aware that the pier at Brandon Creek needs repair. When inspected this year, the work was found to be in good order. The duty of keeping this harbour in repair rests with the Kerry County Council.

The question of extending the slip-way at this pier is at present engaging my attention.
