Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Control of Ground Rents.

James Geoghehan Minister for Justice (Mr. Geoghegan) Fianna Fáil

The answer to the first part of the question is in the negative. As regards the second part, the question of rent control generally—including ground rents—is at present engaging the attention of the Government and it is hoped to be able to make an announcement upon the subject at an early date.
