I propose to take the business as on the Order Paper from item No. 2 to No. 12, except that 5 and 6 will be discussed at the end. If the business is completed to-day it is proposed to adjourn the Dáil to the 15th of November. I find that there will be no public business prepared for the Dáil before that date. If the business is not completed to-day then the Dáil will sit to-morrow.

Does the President intend to take the remaining stages of the Constitution (Amendment) Bills to-day?

Yes, I propose to ask the House to do that.

Arising out of the amendment to the Constitution (Amendment) Bill No. 22, is the President aware that there have been complications and developments since this Bill was introduced; that further action has been taken, and that this Bill may require modification or amendment so as to complete its purpose?

I will deal with that matter when that Bill comes up for discussion.
