asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the number of decrees for unpaid land annuities which his Department has placed with the sheriff of County Meath in the last three months and how many of these decrees have been executed.

During the last three months 509 warrants have been issued under Section 28 of the Land Act, 1933, to the sheriff of County Meath. The sheriff has made a return in 34 cases in which the debt has been recovered in full.
